infowolfeI just ordered a Hakko FX-888D and a bunch of tips, upgrading from a Weller WLC-100. Was very tempted by the WESD51 but in the end decided to go with the Hakko since it well recommended and a pretty good price.

boingoloverThat's a nice iron; I've been using the analog version for a few years. (I'm currently drooling over a JBC nano station. But it's $absurd.95, so it'll remain on some store's shelf somewhere for a while.)
