I got into the second buy, and have been using it non-stop for about two weeks. This is a magnificent keyboard. I only have a few issues with it: * No rubber feet. * Needs a longer usb cable. * LEDs are barely visible when active. The kit should come with three clear caps, or the LEDs should be moved. * The kit should have also came with two caps with some kind of raised marking for the starting position of the index fingers on the home row. When learning the new matrix layout, it is kind of annoying having to look back at the keyboard to make sure my two index fingers are in the correct location. I thought having blank caps would be a problem, but it makes no difference to me. I am just going to keep my layout paper right next to me to learn my layout. The ergodox firmware is well written and I have not ran into an bugs. Having the ability to push and pop layouts is a revelation. I am still learning the new layouts, but sometimes I hit key combinations that do things in openbox or gvim that make me smile. Good job everyone!! Proof:

Some further details: * I only needed two layers to get all of my keys the way I wanted them and still have some keys open. * I used printouts of the layout grid to setup my key configurations and then implemented them in the firmware source and built it and loaded it manually.
