anyone else had to adjust it so you can fit a thicker desk? I cant get these screws loose for the life of me.

Also take the base with you to Home Depot get the right sized screwdriver. A Large one and that should help with the next unit.

PLEASE give us the option of international shipping on everything possible. You recently added it to a drop when someone asked, and stated that it wasn't there originally because the shipping is so expensive.
But we KNOW the shipping's expensive. Seriously. Offer it. You'll sell more.
This item is $80 on Amazon, plus $56 to ship to Australia. So you're $20 cheaper than them on this drop — and unless your shipping is more than $20 dearer, I'm all for supporting Massdrop. The extra 2 weeks wait doesn't faze me. And your shipping MIGHT even be the same price as theirs, in which case I'd save $20 AND support Massdrop. Win/Win!

I have UP3216Q, and it is 8.6 kg (18.92 lb). But this arm's monitor weight capacity is 20-30.8 lbs (9.1-14 kg).
Can I use this arm for my monitor? Or do I need to add some weight to my monitor to meet the requirement?
