I received a tracking number on 7/27. Almost two weeks later and product still has not shipped.

Ok, this is strange... I have a UPS tracking number with the transaction number of this particular drop in the reference field, and it weighs 17 lbs. Shipped out on the 24th too.

An update for the group, the vendor is currently working on preparing the group's order. We should have more information about the expected ship date by the end of the week. We will update the group once the vendor has a more solid date for when they will be ready to ship the units directly to you.
Thanks for your patience and expect an update from us on 7/27 or sooner if something comes up.

Quick update for the group. We are in contact with the vendor and awaiting updated shipment estimates from them. We have a call scheduled first thing Monday morning and should get a bit more visibility in regards to when we can expect these to ship out. We will update the group as soon as these are on the way.
Thanks for your patience and expect an update from us on 7/21 or sooner if something comes up.

Thanks again for joining this drop! With your help we were able to make it successful for the community. We've just submitted the group's order with the vendor for the Ergotech One-Touch Dual Monitor Arm and they are working hard to prepare it for shipment.
As soon as the group's order is ready at the vendor's location, they will send the bulk shipment to our warehouse in New Jersey where our warehouse team will break it up into individual orders and ship them directly to you! The current estimated ship date from our warehouse is 8/5.
Rest assured that we we will provide you all with updated information regarding the status of your order throughout the process. You can expect an update from us by the end of the day Pacific Time on 7/17.

YFCJust from a glance, that looks to be the exact same unit, just different brand. Leads me to think it might be from the same OEM. Also has a different lift system if the description is accurate.

It's unfortunate ErgoTech can't seem to decide on one aesthetic for their entire lineup. I have the gray ErgoTech Freedom Arm and would be interested in this one if the color was the same. I know it's a minor thing, but it bothers me.

Just out of curiosity what ends up happening with a heavier monitor? My BenQ BL3201PT will weigh in at 28.6lbs without the stand it currently has and I'd love to get a dual monitor stand for it and my PG278Q.

PikaruNinjaThe force of the arm won't allow you to full extend the arm upwards. If you're LUCKY it will sag midway. [else will sit at minimum height and put undue stress on your wall]

atdcNo stress on the walls for this particular model! Desk / grommet mount only, so the most that can happen is the monitor sitting on the desk in portrait, and probably stressing the mount point and joint in landscape. That's also probably why they mentioned 30" monitors as the max.
