Adding/Including Memories
I lost my dad last year (2023) and have been finding ways to include keepsakes/memories in my workstation. I've dabbled here and there with doing small woodworking projects and attempted a wrist rest from a piece of oak I picked up with him from my great uncles wood shop. I milled it to fit a 60% keyboard as I hadn't decided what keyboard I would be using it on and thought that's where most of my wrist would be in contact even typing on a full keyboard. I gave it a torched/burn appearance as I really was lost in what to do. The main selling point of the 12.9" iPad was just how much bigger it was than any other iPad so it should be obvious that it doesn't fit that model if this was built for older models.
The only way that we could make this more clear is to put a disclaimer for the models that it is not compatible with? This is just not feasible or scale-able for us to do this on all technology drops across the board.

He asked if the product fit iPads of 2 sizes which revealed that he was aware size differences exist between different models. The compatible models were indeed listed under specs. Any confusion thereafter came from his own understanding.
The irony here is that you accuse me of being condescending when I was actually being blunt.
