Apart from price, is there another reason to buy this instead of the TOPS silent hero knife which is also on Massdrop right now.

mjin955Different handle and blade shapes and grind. I have the ESEE-6 and love the way it looks, feels and performs. The Tops looks like a great knife as well, but has no visual appeal to me. I guess if everyone had the same taste in knives, we would all be carrying a KA-BAR WW2-style fighting knife, or a Buck hunter.

mjin955ESEE knives have the really awesome blade coating. Also, in my mind, TOPS knives are a bit pretentious, while ESEEs are so simple and perfect.
