I got the mail that the package was sent to me a couple days ago and wanted to know how long it would take for the shipment to arrive. In the FAQ it said it would take 3 to 6 weeks (I live in the Netherlands) is there any way for me to get a more specific time of arrival?

Bulk shipment received! Our warehouse team confirmed that the group's order arrived earlier and now they're working hard to break everything down into the individual packages for shipment to each of you. We will monitor their progress closely and update the group once all packages are sent out.
Expect another update from us on 5/11 or sooner if something comes up.

We just spoke with our vendor, and there was a delay on their shipment from their supplier. They just received the goods today and are expediting the guitars to our warehouse. This change in schedule has been relayed to our warehouse team, and they will be standing by to ensure that your individual orders are turned around as quickly as possible. Fulfillment is now trending towards Tuesday, 5/3.
We understand that the additional wait time is undesirable. If you prefer not to wait for your order and want to have it cancelled, please reach out via the "Contact Support" button in your transactions page. https://www.massdrop.com/transactions
Expect an update from us by the end of the day Pacific Time on 5/4 or sooner if something comes up.

Does anyone know where they are shipped from? I live in the Netherlands and I don't have to pay any shipping fee... so i guess they're in the Netherlands already?

Buyer beware, the black and cherry quilted maple models actually have a basswood body (not sure about the neck wood) and at least from what I've seen, the white and tobacco sunburst do include coil splits on the tone pot, and should be mahogany all around. All models will be Chinese.

It looks like that description is for the ec-100 the200 ishttp://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00455224S/ref=cm_cr_arp_mb_bdcrb_top?ie=UTF8 that one, seems like the see through ones aren't available anywhere that i find except used and leftover stock

whormongrOK, that seems to be more accurate. Still don't like the fact its a basswood body instead of the mahogany body. Basically everything on the first page is wrong about the quilted guitars massdrop needs to have that updated. The ec-200qm has a lh-301 instead of the 150b/n.
From what I can gather is if you dont mind changing out the pickups to an after market one then its better to get an ec-200 and not the ec-200qm?

Looking at the pickups, one of my LTD's has the same bridge pickup, LH150. It's a pretty good pickup, not high on my list to be replaced. has enough output to distort/breakup with articulation at high gain, but also enough mids and lows to be acceptable with no effects. I think this is a good guitar, i think made in China. That said, my LTD 103 is made in China and is good enough for the house and dragging over to friends houses for jams without having to overly worry about it. Am leaning towards this.... don't need another guitar.
