Why would massdrop(not a fan of the rebrand) sell this snake oil crap.
This site is losing its way at a phenomenal pace. Crap like this is just sad.

Very disappointed--not at all suitable for inner-ear and nasal passage cleaning as I'd hoped. Causes blurred vision and/or uncontrollable sneezing once finally (and painfully) inserted into either orifice!

My guess is there is no way this thing is UL listed. Even if there is a GFCI plug seems like this is a product that is not intended for distribution in the US market.
Every other ultrasonic cleaner puts the power cable outside the water.
