How are these for sleeping on Long Haul flights? I have been using Custom Molded earplug and wonder if these would be any better? Do they sit flush with the ear when inserted?

kpd28This is hearing protection for loud environments without losing clarity. Ex. playing piccolo while still being able to hear intonation in comparison to foam earplugs, so you will still hear everything if you're on a flight and are probably better off using your moulded ones or noise cancelling earphones.
