Had HF5's for many years (>5) and daily use, excellent ear phones for the price. After they wore out, I got some Shure 525's which lasted 6 months and broke, got it repaired and broke again in a short while. Gave up and got Ety ER4's (much more expensive than the HF5's, price comparable to the 525's). I have never looked back. If you're planning on travel or outdoor activities with earphones, HF5's are robust compared to other earphones and highly recommended. One thing I would recommend is using Shure eartips, they work with the Ety's and are superior to the standard eartips.
