Got one of these for my mom last year when she was enduring cancer treatment. She is now passed away. But she loved the damn thing while she had it. Kept the house clean as a whistle. She thought it was cute how it backs up to the dock where it charges. It was almost like a little robot pet. I wish that the little antenna whiskers did not pop off so easily. And that there was some kind of strategy for it to deal with door sills that are a little high. But other than that it's a solid deal compared to Roomba and similar devices that cost much more.

What's the difference between this and the 11S? I couldn't find very good info on the model differences. Is this just an older model? It's not listed on the Eufy website.

jaeun87i think 11s is slimmer. lack of whatever thickness means it can get under some things the 11c can't. The model names are confusing to say the least.

I bought a factory reconditioned model for a killer deal on Woot and I have been running it for about 2 weeks It does a good job, capacity is small which is the same as all these little robovacs but it does a great job of cleaning up, gets under taller couches, the edge sensors work (it does get stuck at the edge of the stairs maybe 1/10th of the time, but does not fall) Does well on tile, wood, and carpet, not as great on deeper shag carpets The cartridge is easy to remove and dump, usually takes a few solid taps to knock the dust out of the filter The brush is easily removed to clean off hair, strings, etc Does a good job of getting the edges of the walls and such No problems with things like dog food and small debris about up to the size of a nickel Has definitely made a difference in our house I paid $99, free prime shipping
