Bought mine on the warehouse sale like 2 weeks ago and it already broke. Only took it off for bed and a shower. Wont let me review it because I bought it through the warehouse sale and Drop customer service told me I was shit out of luck.

Jack-in-the-BoxIf you have any questions feel free to reach out. We've been running this drop for close to two years with minimal issues. Would love for you to try one out!
I just recieved mine and am currently wearing it for the first time. My current issue is that it keeps pinching and pulling on the hairs on my arm. The bracelet looks very nice though, but does feel heavier than all my other bracelets, but I wear mostly woven bracelets.
Edit: I wore these once for just a few hours, without doing anything intense, and I already found a scratch where that spot is no longer black and I can see the regular stainless steel color underneath. I'm a bit disappointed, but partially expected as is the nature of dark/black stainless steel.
Just wore it for the third time today and it broke when I was putting it on. So now I have a less than a week old bracelet that is useless. How do I get my money back???
How easily will the black stainless steal beads scratch? I wouldn't want a black bracelet to not be black anymore. I like the way the black looks, but worried about how long it will remain looking like that.
I like the way silver plated stainless steel beads look, but I feel like it might look too flashy at times.
JustFluxzHi there. The item should sustain regular wear and tear. We've gotten the over plating process down to where the item should remain a full rich black color for a very long time. Just try to avoid wearing it in the shower and when sweating.
ExecutiveSocietyI only wear my gold necklace in the shower so I am not concern with that one. What will happen with sweat? I won't be wearing it while working out, but as a normal person would, I will be sweating on a hot day haha.
