Have one of these in this size and love it. I also got the schnozzel bag, which can be used to inflate the mat and doubles as a 45L stuff sack and pillow (stuffed with clothing). Easy to inflate and deflate, I've taken mine on backpacking trips with temps down to high 20s and paired with my Enlightened Equipment 20 degree quilt, I was able to soundly sleep and not worry about getting cold from beneath.
The pad inflates and deflates easily, just watch the video on their website or youtube. To roll up, after getting most of the air out, fold into thirds and roll from the end opposite the valves.
I've used this most of this year, no issues with rips, tears, etc. As with most pads in this price range, it is nitpicking features, such as baffle orientation, R-value, ease of use, storage size, etc.
I've weighed mine out to be 482 grams (17 ounces).
