I think I got every single FC pen so far that MD had to offer. Wasn't quite happy with the nib of the E-Motion, but eventually I fixed the flow.
This one is a very elegant, slender pen and turned out to be an excellent writer. The grip isn't the best ... since there is no section to speak of, I need to hold the barrel itself, as close to the [nonexistent] section as possible. That however makes the pen barely able to rest on the webbing between my thumb and forefinger (and I don't like posting pens). So I would say it's better suited for smaller hands.
I got the pearwood finish ... it's really, really nice. Worth the extra $$$ for that natural touch.
In the last drop they offered a converter ... I went for it and turned out that the pen already had one installed. Which was just as fine, because I needed one for the Basic (which they did *not* offer with a converter back when).
