When go to commit there is no option to switch to radiant star... just the fabri-flair bundle

The note on this drop is incorrect and has been removed. On this drop you get both styles, no need to make a choice.

I'm not following... Where does it only depict the ball and bowl? But to answer your question, yes, the drop includes both the star and the sphere kits.
