A quick update for you all! We've been in touch with the vendor and they've let us know that they are still working to gather and package the group's order for individual shipment to each of you. We will continue to check in with them throughout the fulfillment process and update the group again as soon as everything is sent out!
Thanks for your patience and expect an update from us by the end of the day Pacific Time on 9/8 or sooner if something comes up.

It's a go! The order for the Fairly Knives Titanium Backpacker was placed just after the drop came to an end. Now our vendor will be working hard to prepare it for shipment to each of you.
As soon as we receive word from the vendor about the shipping schedule, we will update you all with that information.
Look forward to another update from us by the end of the day Pacific Time on 8/31 or earlier if anything comes up.
Thanks everyone for taking the time to comment on my work! I know once any of you have this knife in hand you won't want to put it down. They are ultralight and almost maintenance free but the comfortable feel and long lasting aggressive carbide edge is what will keep it in use.

I've got one and I love it. It goes in my EDC bag and it's so light and so flat that it never gets in the way.
I decided to drop my blog and streamline things down to www.fairlyknives.com Bladeforums, USN and Facebook. I leave all of the pics up at www.fairlyknives.com and they are the same as my blog content as it was pics only. Thanks for checking out my work mattar12!

Daniel Fairly makes an excellent knife. Personally Titanium knives are not my choice. But if I were to want something with ultralight weight then this one would be my choice. Light weight and toughness due to the titanium. Edge holding due to the carbides.

you must have a LOT of disposable income to pay that much money. you want a good backpacking knife? check out ultralite buck neck knife . way cheaper and a clever sheath lock system. how much knife do you really need backpacking?

Stone_MaNAre you talking about the Buck Hartsook neck knife? Because I have the S30V version and that thing is atrocious, especially the sheath.
I couldn't imagine backpacking without at least a decent 4-6" fixed blade.

Logic: If you a ninja, buy some, these are a good set for practicing your aim when your ninja stars are going through maintenance. Brain: WTF LOGIC?
