Belt came in today. Edges do not look like they got burnished and waxed. The end of the belt is not cut quite evenly either. Expect more from a company like this. What are my options?

heythere50Same. Nothing looks very good on mine either. The back is particularly bad and is flaky and uneven. I will not be keeping this belt.

heythere50Hi heythere50, I am sorry to hear you are displeased with your belt! All products are made by hand with the use of no machines. All individual belts are burnished/waxed with English bridle dressing before they ship. Each belt is burnished initially and will continue to do so over time with wear. Wickett & Craig makes the countries top vegetable tanned leather and is known for its wonderful aging properties. I hope that you will enjoy your belt and use it for many years to come. -John

Faler.BrandIf the belt is properly burnished why do the edges appear as light as the back of the belt and not smoothed down?

IanAndersonGot a reply.. Massdrop will give a refund for return of the belt! Great news for anyone else with the same issue..
