A one-man operation based in Ohio, Faler delivers consistent quality through the hard work of its founder and sole craftsman, John Faler. His minimalist money carrier, the Fold Wallet, adds to his growing reputation for artisanship and time-honored style. While it’s anything but flashy, the wallet’s white stitching, distinct shape, and unique leather ensure you’re the only one of your friends with anything like it. The interior has been left in its natural grain and fitted with two simple pockets that can accommodate up to seven cards and folded bank notes.
Note: At checkout, you'll have your choice of leather: natural Chromexcel, black latigo, dark chestnut latigo, or tan latigo from Horween Leather Company; or dark brown or London tan from Sedgwick & Co. Quantities are limited to 90 wallets total.
Knowing that build quality begins with the source material, Faler gathers his leather from two historic tanneries. From the 118-year-old Sedgwick & Co., based in the heart of England, he sources vegetable-tanned panel hide. And from Chicago’s Horween Leather Company comes Chromexcel and latigo, known for its soft texture and high tensile strength. With these premium leathers in hand, Faler cuts, stitches, and burnishes every piece himself, smoothing out the edges for a sleek hand feel.
