I have both Mora Comanions and the F1z, both bought on this site. Use the Moras at home and in the field as they are excellent knives and excel at many tasks. At their low price, I have no qualms about abusing them and for the most part they have held up well. I bought the F1z because I was attracted to its quality and looks. It's been an awesome addition to my kit and is the knife I put in my GHB. Because its full tang vs. half tang it seemed to me to be a better knife to have in an emergency and when "you only have one knife to save your life."

AmafanIf you are looking for a "you only have one knife to save your life." knife, there is no substitute for the Fallkniven A1. That is the end all be all of survival knives.

HovaThe A1 is an awesome knife. I was referring to the choice between the Mora companion and the Fz1. I might have to get an A1, but it would be between it and an ESEE 6.
