Massdrop, can you please allay my fears of having an unwarrantied knife? I was worried about the warranty situation, so I reached out to FallKniven themselves to enquire about the warranty... Who would I interact with in the U.S. should I need warranty or product assistance? The following is my email to them...
Sept. 18, 2018 "Hello (FallKniven), I am purchasing what is advertised as a genuine FallKniven A1z from a website called Massdrop. I do not want to support counterfeiters or fakes from stealing your design and money. I also appreciate and want a genuine FallKniven product. Is Massdrop an authorized distributor or purchaser from you? Hello, Since we aren’t members of this community we haven’t got access to the asking price level. We don’t sell to them and they are not authorized by us. I believe they buy our products from any of our three US distributors. We doubt that they will assist you if you happened to get any problems with your knife. We suggest that you buy our products from a regular dealer close to you or from a large, reliable internet dealer.
