Anybody have experience with their "guarantee?" They don't seem to offer a straight warranty.

treycookThe best way to deal with quality judgments (positive or negative) is to post comments here--it has more of an impact than one person trying to get refunded the price of a pair of socks. Given the publicity risk, I doubt the company would refuse to honor the guarantee just to save the $15 cost of refunding a pair of socks.
