The group's bulk order arrived earlier to our warehouse in New Jersey and many of the individual packages have already shipped back out. However, upon taking inventory of everything received, our team was made aware of a backorder affecting a small handful of units. Rest assured, we've reached back out to the vendor to resolve this hiccup and expect to hear back soon.
Expect another update from us on 10/3 or sooner if something comes up.

Bulk order shipped! The vendor informed us that the group's order was picked up and is on its way to our warehouse in New Jersey. Based on the tracking provided, the order is scheduled to arrive on 9/23.

Awaiting confirmation! We are still in contact with the vendor and just awaiting updated shipment estimates from them. We have a call scheduled first thing tomorrow morning and should get a bit more visibility in regards to when we can expect these in our warehouse.

I just received an email re the inability to fill this order in 3 of the 4 colors initially offered in size L. It goes on to say "We can swap for a large in either "Men's Surf the Web" or "Green Flash." But in the initial offer, " Surf the Web/Green Flash" is listed as a single color
Then in @TeenageMutantNinjaSquirtles note, the problem is stated as being for size medium Silver/Dark Shadow (which is, I think, a men's color).
So, how can 3 out of possible 4 colors be unavailable in size L, and, what is/are the correct replacement color option/(s) in size L?

swimjay @swimjay You are correct, the replacement should be one option - Surf the Web/Green Flash . Our support staff will follow up with another email to everyone who was affected. Apologies for the confusion, and thanks for bringing this to our attention. We’ll work closely with Farm to Feet to avoid this from happening in future drops.

Thanks again for joining this drop! We have submitted the group's order with the vendor for the Farm to Feet Damascus 1/4 Crew Lightweight and they are working hard to prepare it for shipment.
As soon as the group's order is ready at the vendor's location, they will send the bulk shipment to our warehouse in New Jersey where our warehouse team will break it up into individual orders and ship them. The current estimated ship date from our warehouse is 9/23.
We will keep the group updated throughout the fulfillment process. You can expect an update from us by the end of the day Pacific Time on 9/16.
