My package is also still missing. I talked to quite a few post office employees, and the only scans have been computer generated, which means a live person hasn't actually scanned it yet. One USPS worker suspects that the item was never actually shipped out, and so far not the original post office, my local post office, or any post office I've called in between (I'm only one state away) know what's going on with it. I've also been calling in to the USPS customer service every other day and haven't heard any progress on the matter.

DirtySeeSawI feel like the bad snow storms on the east coast are most of the blame here, but hopefully they have an answer they can offer for why they haven't arrived yet. I haven't gotten mine either and I live on the west coast in Washington and it said my package was coming from Ohio, in case the shipments were coming from different places

I received mine today, and like DarkWhiteWolf, all my boxes were damaged due to being tightly packed into a plastic shipping envelope. Not a huge deal, but as someone who likes to collect and display these sorts of things, I'll definitely be asking about shipping before purchasing from now on.

I also received my boxes (3 sets), and while the pre-release boxes of one set were a little banged-up, the actual product was in perfect condition. I knew the pre-release boxes were flimsy so I actually expected worse. Regardless, I am super happy with my purchase. Soulfire Grand Master foil in the house!
