CommonCurtHappy to ask, but once they finish a limited run they rarely bring the same design back into production as a custom again. I do agree that's a nice design and I would love to get my hands on one!

I agree, I really think these $600 knives will be $1000/$1200 knives in a couple/few years, meaning get them now while you can, once a maker hits critical mass they HAVE to start charging more. These guys are probably already there

ViajamesI think you might even see them sold for $600 on the first day of Blade Show and resold for more before the weekend is over. We've been keeping them very busy with our new collaboration (coming 4.18.17) and I know they are working hard to keep their custom runs of 200-ish on track at the same time.

I'm a big fan of ffkw, and this has to be one of my favorite models. Great action, feel, and packed full of Elliot's years of experience. Stacks up very nicely for the price point with in the knife world, but I respect others budgets for knives.

FynntheHumanSorry, if you want a specific combination that's not offered here, you will have to get it from FFKW direct. Or, if you would like make arrangements with them to buy this and have the blade refinished after, you're welcome to ask them if that's possible.

I like the knife, a lot, but the clip kills it for me. For $500 I expect more from the clip that just a stamped clip attached with 3 screws. It looks like an afterthought. In my opinion at this price we should see a 3D machined clip or at least something different than you would see on a production CRKT.

AY1286 I have two Ferrum Forge knives and I plan on getting more. Everything about them is perfect and speaks to my particular tastes in higher end, not fully custom, knives. The fit, the finish, the attention to detail, the custom service, etc. all make these knives worth what they are asking for them. I understand if not everyone see this fact, I never did until I held one in my hand!
