I received my top a few days ago (slightly ahead of time) and I don’t regret my purchase. The clearance is small but doesn’t make it too hard to spin. The grip could be slightly rougher. This top is very well balanced, it easily finds its sleep position, it has a long sleep phase and it shows no wobbling until the last seconds (I really hate long final wobblings). After some training, my best result in 20 tries is 10:46 mins on a 3x mirror, at my standard test temperature (21°C) - which is excellent for a 1’’ medium weight (25.3g) top. (I guess the 11-14 mins announced were at higher temperatures, but the weather here in Paris is cool now and I had no occasion to test this top at 30°C. For some other tops, I noticed a very important difference, up to +27% spin time for +10°C.)
These tops shipped to the distribution center yesterday.

The design of this top seems to be very good. In particular, I appreciate all the elements that make a low CG: the small clearance, the hollowed spindle and the cut out at the disk centre. However, the starting price seems quite high for stainless steel and I'm still hesitating.
DenisBThanks Denis! The design was carefully considered and is based on one that I have been modifying for several years and over 1M custom tops. I can't offer much regarding the price -- it's reflective of being made in the USA and then tested and hand-finished by me. There's a lot of time going into each top rather than boxing them up as they come off the machine. Thanks again for your thoughts!

FiddleFoundryThanks for your answer. As I haven't yet any of your tops, I'll give it a try.
