PolygonI don't know what bothers me more: the dip in FR/peak in THD centered around 4 kHz or how different measurements are between left and right. I've never seen anything like that before. Either he tested a bad pair or Fidue has some poor QC.
ChaoticKinesisDitto. Eager as I am to hear and own these, I'm hoping that's merely a unit variation; as in, it may just have been the tested unit. On one hand, my Astrotec AX-60 suffered from a similar problem (i.e. ever so slight channel imbalance), but my DUNU DN-1000 didn't. Getting multiple drivers (especially hybrid designs) to perform in unison is challenging enough, and consistency in QC can be hit/miss within less(er) established manufacturers. Based off of the online reviews and impressions, however, I'll take my chances.
