The hoodie seems to be surprisingly low quality. I bought The simple red logo and there is a tinge of yellow at the bottom of every letter as if the printer was misaligned. In fact, the design is more pink/orange than it is red. I’m definitely disappointed.

lbrooks7785Received mine today and am very disappointed as well. Color is definitely pinkish. Material feels cheap. Screenprint is poor. This is my first drop. Is returning it an option?

lbrooks7785Also pretty disappointed in the quality of the hoodie, either they touched up the photo, or the screen printing quality is very low. Coloring is pale and also seeing an yellow edge.

lbrooks7785Alright, now I learned to read the comments before purchasing. I just got my hoodie from the new drop and the color is so bad! Did anyone end up getting a refund? Why is Drop featuring this low-quality garbage with highly-misleading images?

endenizenI was able to get a refund. Had to send multiple emails to Drop before I heard back from someone about it. Took quiet a few weeks before it was fully refunded. Was not a great overall experience.

jewoolley4It seems like they updated their support since then. Already heard back and started refund process. Great support! Very friendly and said they'd look into the images. A+. Would return fifth sun merchandise again.
