I've had one of these for just over a month now, and I love it. I use a Cowon C2 which is on its last legs battery-wise, but I can't bring myself to part with it, so for the past year I've never turned it up above a certain volume level lest I wind up with a completely drained battery before lunch time. The E6 allows me to eke more volume than I ever would be able to otherwise - very significantly so in my particular case. On the settings I use it on, it can also improve the bass. At the moment I'm using my E6 with a pair of KZ-ED3 (neutral IEMS) and generic foam eartips - I get great isolation and nice bass without it overwhelming the treble.
I do experience a little bit of noise (a low hiss ) when using this, and for that reason I don't use it with my laptops very often as it seems to exacerbate it (it's much less detectable when using it with my C2 or my Redmi Note, and completely unnoticeable while music is playing). But honestly, for the asking price, you can't really lose with this. I am enjoying my commutes a hell of a lot more.
