I bought this player from Amazon back in June 2016. Great player coming from Sansa Clip+. Then by December 2016 the charging system started acting up. I contacted Fiio support but so far have no definite answer for me. Maybe it's just me with this player but I dont know if I'll buy any of their players again if they don't last even for a year. So now I'm back to my old and trusty Rockboxed Sansa Clip+. Just my 2 cents.

Ak0c12u3lI just posted as well. My Fiio x3 2nd gen has now stopped holding a charge and it's a rampant issue according to forums for most Fiio players. Not worth it.

NeoKronosHonestly, I can't even figure what that number would be...hmm. If I charged it every other day or so for about 7 months, that's the number...ha

D367ruc70that leaves me pretty confident with mine, I've had it for 9 months or so, but I only use it while driving so it's only been charged 5-10 times and it still lasts me several trips between cities with each charge. I'll pay close attention to whether the capacity decreases.

Ak0c12u3lI had only good experiences with FiiO DAPs, you should probably get in touch again with support, they always fixed the situation for the buyer!
