Sennheiser PC37X randomly goes bad after disconnecting the cable ?
Greetings, Yesterday I was using my headset like normal with my macbook, just listening to music and on a call with people like usual, and the headset was perfectly fine. From my communications FiiO is aware of this problem. I believe FiiO should have taken responsibility and replaced those devices affected and reported to them. It's not acceptable that a customer having this problem and who has spent money has no choice but to use a work around because the device does not to do what it's supposed to do and that is attach to the PC via USB for storage or DAC !
FiiO referred to Massdrop as an unauthorised vendor. To quote FiiO "Massdrop is not our authorized dealer".
From my perspective not good enough. The overall experience is not wholistic and good for me. I for one will not buy FiiO products again and will not be recommending them.
Kind regards, T
