@nelson While we all completely understand that sometimes things just happen, I strongly believe it would be a nice gesture to provide us with some sort of discount code or credit possibly towards a future purchase. Generally I'd probably complain and try and let it be known that this is not acceptable, but I do understand. That being said, I'm sure I'm not the only one who purchased this as a Christmas gift for someone and will not have the item in time. I like what you guys do here at Massdrop and a small apology would go a long way for return business. Just my two cents...Thanks

krzychnipI agree with @krzychnip Besides the issues with the insufficient stock, the communication with how many units and orders have been filled hasn't been great either.
You guys tried to create good faith with the fake V-Moda scandal and offered a $50 credit on future drops as an apology. Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying give us a $50 credit but something goes a long way especially with first time droppers, such as myself.
