Help needed. Did anyone who joined the drop experience that their HDB had no output sound on both single ended and balanced out? It just suddenly happened after finishing a full charging.. I was still using it the night before it occurred. :(

Sorry for the late reply. Yes, this happened to me. It was intermittent. It would work for a while, then quit. Sometimes connecting it to charging cable got it to play, other times nothing would. Happened right out of the box for me. I returned it after just a few days and received a refund.
Received mine earlier this week, haven't tried it yet though.

Packaging looked great and overall presentation was top notch.
Shipping took much longer than usual for audiophile category, but nowhere near the time of a mechkeys drop.
I will test sound and battery life this weekend

Hey did you ever get to try out the HDB with HD600 on battery?
My amp from the last drop arrived today. Was supposed to ship June 5, but actually shipped June 15.
Not clear what kind of connector this 4-pin thing is. Most balanced amps have an XLR connector, which is round. Can someone explain?

for kobiconn connectors, most people have custom balanced cables made for the cans. That is a major reason why the amp comes with connector parts.

No output impedance, no output power. Not too smart to invest in this thing. But I suppose there are people that buy anthing that's balanced thinking it's better.
Received mine yesterday and gave it a cursory listen after charging. Very clear and lively. Obviously I'm going to give it more time before making any final judgments but it appears to be well worth the price at the outset. Sucks that shipping was delayed but all's well that ends well.

I suspect they have a practice of assuming shipping might be 'a little late' and just try to placate customers unless shipping becomes 'really late'.

Mine was supposed to have been delivered June 5. Have not received any status update! This is a bad initial experience with massdrop and 2 more completed drops to go to either reinforce this initial disappointing experience, or to redeem the goodwill and trust placed on these drop transactions!
i've reach out to them lately and i have their response yesterday and i think there is some progress already.. i hope so.. :) geeting excited already!

While I don't have any new information for you at this time, it does look like your order has been packed for shipping! It should be on its way in the next couple of days, and once it's in transit you will receive an email with tracking information.

If Logistics has any new info for you, they will send out an email letting you know of the update.

I reached out again today, since shipping is now a week late. I mentioned that I had written once, but didn't get any response other than what appeared to be a generic "We're sorry" message. Here's their response:
