Can I plug this into my computer motherboard? Or I'm confused how I actually use this.

josiffNot a audiophile or a pro at this game, but my suggestion would be an DAC/Amp combo with USB input if you were to use it with a computer.
You can plug the audio jack into this amp from your computer, but most of the reviews state the best performance from this amp comes from the balanced in/out. My suggestion would be something else, perhaps the Centrance Slim that comes up once in awhile.

DanLeI think this is a bit misleading. It seems you are implying that this amps performance would be inferior (or is somewhat degraded) when not using the balanced input/output and instead using the mini jacks. The amp should perform just as well via the mini-jacks as as any amp of this quality would via mini jacks or rca output and likely better than a dac/amp of lower quality.
The USB input (of an external dac) would only be used if you didn't want to use your PCs sound card. If you just want to drive a set of high impedance cans then this amp would be great for use with a PC just as it would with any audio device you wanted to use high impedance cans with but needed a headphone amplifier.
