Help needed. Did anyone who joined the drop experience that their HDB had no output sound on both single ended and balanced out? It just suddenly happened after finishing a full charging.. I was still using it the night before it occurred. :(

GMtzSorry for the late reply. Yes, this happened to me. It was intermittent. It would work for a while, then quit. Sometimes connecting it to charging cable got it to play, other times nothing would. Happened right out of the box for me. I returned it after just a few days and received a refund.
