I'm tempted to buy but I would love if you could buy samples of products like these as I embarrassingly have at least 20 different brands of different products at this point of stuff that would last a literal 6 months if used daily :p and then I'd still have 19 left lol clays are definitely the way to go! Can't beat the non greasy volume.
Hey Massdrop Friends. I'm one of the owners over at Firsthand. If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask!
Dang, the summer pomade isn't an option anymore.

Summer Pomade is now back as a permanent product in our line. Our Clay Pomade! With a new scent!

I have curly hair that is pretty long for a guy (sometimes it gets close to shoulder length) and is not the neatest. Should I get the pomade or the styling clay.

Hey Jacob,
I would say the clay, you can add a little for texture/tame fly aways, it also has tons of good ingredients that will hydrate your hair and Scalp.
what is the difference between pomade and clay?
Mesort
The Styling Clay Is best suited for messy/textured/relaxed styles it can also provide a lot of volume depending on hair style and how you use it, it will give you a natural/neutral finish, with a flexible medium to firm hold.
the pomade is pretty versatile, best suited for tighter/classic/neat hair styles, the product wil keep your hair in shape all day. Form hold with a low shine. it can also provide great volumes depending on how it’s applied

Any chance I would be able to get this in Sweden once I run out?

We do ship internationally through out we store. Also visit out our online stockists, we have a few different international websites that we work with as well.
How does this compare to the recent O'Douds Apothecary Hair Pomade drop?
Is the water based pomade good in very humid environments?
Garcuca
@Garcuca we have a huge following in Southeast Asia countries Where the weather is very humid, our products seem to do well there specially the pomade. I would say yes it would be.

Thanks. I’ll give it a try.
Can anyone comment on how this pomade feels vs Lockhart's Heavy Hold Pomade? I think I may just go for it, but I'm worried I'll have the same issue I have with Lockhart's where I have a lot of trouble washing it off my hands after use. Also it flakes a bit...

They do have some water based products as well. But the heavy old is oil based! Hope you enjoy it man!

It feels very soft almost like butter or creamish until it touches you hair then it hardens very quickly almost to quickly if you do end up buying I recommend having your hair almost ready then apply because it becomes a little difficult once it hardens also I would recommend just because of the smell it has I love it
dam! I just bought this [pomade] off their website for almost full price. Really liking the product so far. Spreads really creamy in your hands and applies with texture and clean hold. I'd say medium hold. It does have a strong scent, but it's not bad at all and fades after application
Seems decent but is that MSRP correct? Odd to have a one dollar discount on a $17 product on Massdrop.
