martygeeozI ordered several of these candles, and some are intended to be Christmas gifts. Estimated ship date has come and gone, and we are now at the end of November, over a month behind and without any update as to the delay. This time next month, Christmas will have come and gone. Should I be making alternative arrangements for gifts, or will I get my candles before then? Hopefully someone from the vendor bothers to log in and read this in the next week or so.

martygeeozHey there, I took a look at the transactions for this sale and it doesn't look like your payment was ever captured (likely due to a credit card issue); therefore, your order didn't actually complete. Apologies for the inconvenience, but you should not have been charged for these candles.

Vincent.HHi Vincent - thank you for looking into this. You’re right, it seems there was a payment issue. I had no idea as the candles were sitting on my drops page along with my other paid ones and I didn’t get any messages or notifications that payment hadn’t been collected. I will check my statement just to make sure. Disappointing but thanks again.
