Wanted to submit my own review. I've owned mine for about 5 charges, so more than a month. The battery life is great, but can suffer if you don't wear it every day. I normally do, but have left it at home a few times when rushed and that seems to reduce the battery life. The sync is slow, but that's because of the battery-conserving bluetooth protocol it uses, so I don't consider that a negative. Charging is easy, and I try to time it so I can charge at work when I'm at my desk and not missing steps. I am somewhat big boned, so the large size is most comfortable with only one upsize spot available. Guys with really big wrists may need to find something different to house it. The step and activity tracking has been great, but at times the GPS over-does the mileage. This has only happened once, but I got nearly 10 miles out of a 3 mile trek. I blame my smartphone though, because it's where the GPS comes from. I've never had any trouble with the charging contacts, but my skin is very dry so that may help. I would think putting some dielectric grease or vasoline on the contacts would help prevent that when you return it to the band. The cup of the band does tend to collect gunk, so plan on cleaning it every so often. The process to switch to sleep mode can be sensitive, but the vibration is quite strong so it's hard to miss. This also makes the alarm very useful. It's much more noticeable than my S4's vibration in any pocket. It would be really handy to be able to use it's vibe alert along with call/text alerts on my smartphone. It's a battery drain, but would be so useful. To the guys, it's a great conversation starter. Just saying. I've probably had 3 women ask me about it already. Most of them have already had their own comparable device, but I'm very surprised how often it gets noticed. It's extremely light, and never gets caught like some of my bigger wristwatches.
