Can the 24-hour subdial be separately set, like to a second time zone, or is it just a glorified a.m./p.m. indicator?
Edit: I like this Nomos idea for a.m./p.m., basically just using the same mechanism to turn a wheel around 360 degrees in a day, but rather than a 24-hour indicator, they have a sun and (presumably) moon visible:

CloacaI believe the movement is simply a 24 hour subdial attached to the main hour gear, so no individual setting. It's still useful for knowing if it's safe to adjust the date, since otherwise you can't be sure if it's 9:00AM or 9:00PM.
