My shipment is sitting at Heathrow since Nov 5. Status says "consignee contacted for payment" but no communication received so far. No response from @massdrop as well for the ticket raised.

Delayed response, sorry.
I did all the legwork of calling DHL, getting the phone number of the clearance agency, calling the agency and making the payment. I am now going to think twice about buying here. I face no such problems with Amazon.

Bulk order shipped! The vendor informed us that the group's order was picked up and is on its way to our warehouse in New Jersey. Based on the tracking provided, the order is scheduled to arrive on 11/1.

Thanks again for joining this drop! We have submitted the group's order with the vendor for the Fjällräven Greenland Backpack (Small & Large) and they are working hard to prepare it for shipment.
As soon as the group's order is ready at the vendor's location, they will send the bulk shipment to our warehouse in New Jersey where our warehouse team will break it up into individual orders and ship them. The current estimated ship date from our warehouse is 11/10.

Anyone have a picture of the small with a size reference? I'm 5'5'' 130lbs(male) so "normal" sized backpacks look very large on me. I tend to go with childrens backpacks for this reason. But the small seems fitting for woman, so it might fit be alright.

Does anyone know how these hold up against water? I know they use the G-1000 material. How water resistant is it? I love the styling but live in Chicago so need something that won't soak through with at least some rain or snow exposure.

projectmayhem95tI remember reading a review where someone used it in rain for 4 consecutive days and everything in the bag was still dry. Try googling and you will probably find it.
