chan8698Check the comments on this drop, the backpack was cancelled because the manufacturer didn't have the inventory or ability to make the backpacks at the time, so they sent some patches, pins, and stickers as a way of apologizing.
I don't like how it was sent under the same drop as the backpack but no harm, no fowl.
I do want to see this backpack or other backpacks from Fjallraven dropped though...
Quick update for the group. The vendor will be sending us some free swag (stickers, patches, pins, etc) for the inconvenience you all faced during this drop. It is scheduled to come in next week and we will have it out to you as soon as we can. A lot of you have expressed interest in us running another one of these drops, and we are working with he vendor very closely and will get these allocated before we run it again in the new year.

Alright group. I have been on the phone with the vendor most of the day to try and get these in for you all, but the vendor has let me know that they will not have stock for quite some time (well into the new year). As such we are regrettably going to have cancel your orders and issue full refunds. We are working with the vendor to get some sort of freebie for the inconvenience and will update the group as soon as we hear back in regards to that.
When we placed the initial order with the vendor we were told that they had the full order ready to go and it would be released in 10 days. The vendor recently notified us that they had made an error due to their inventory management system and the group's allocated orders were actually not physically in the warehouse.
I have been on the phone with them trying to get these pulled off of retail shelves to get the group's order fulfilled, but we were unable to secure the quantities needed to make the drop happen.
The vendor profusely apologizes for the mistake and is implementing new processes to make sure this does not happen in the future (other retail orders were also affected). We are working closely with them to make sure that future drops are not affected by issues such as this.
Though this issue was out of our hands we understand that this is not a desirable outcome and will push hard to make sure the group gets something thrown in free of charge. I have another call scheduled with the vendor later today and will work hard to get something thrown in for you all.
Expect an update from us on 12/17 or sooner if something comes up.
Really disappointed on how this ended.
We are definitely going to run this in the new year and will do our best to make sure its goes smoothly.

Quick update for the group. We spoke to the vendor earlier today in regards to this order and they told us that they are extra busy with holiday requests, but will get back to us before the end of the day with information about this order.
I will give them a ring shortly if I don't hear from them soon.
