What is the bluetooth receiver for? It appears to only support 2-channel stereo, whereas the soundbar itself has HDMI input and presumably offers 5.1 discrete sound channels. Though I've never understood how/why a soundbar should have more than 3.1 channels (L, R, Center, Sub).
Is the bluetooth receiver to drive rear (powered) speakers? If so can you configure it to use the L and R rear sound channels from the 5.1 source material?
ralphgonzNot at all a bad idea though. Would be a relatively clean setup, except for the extra power outlets used.
that is one of the nice things about a traditional wired 5.1 setup though... the thin speaker wires are generally easier to hide and accommodate than power cables running to two more outlet sockets.
Andreas.LBut the line in is 3.5 mm, the output of AptX is not 3.5 mm, I guess one need an adaptor, which is fine, but it looks a bit strange with the picture they put at the end.
