PelmenWithout any photos, it's hard to say if there is really a problem with your phones or not, but if you're referring to the gap between the cups and the cans, it's a vent that is meant to be there. Check out the close-up photos on the description page.

PelmenYeahhh, the gap in your second photo seems pretty big. It is possible to remove the cup and maybe reseat them properly, but I would recommend waiting for a reply from MD before resorting to anything on your own. Hope you hear from them soon!

TauresMIne has a gap between the wood cup and metal frame, but the space between is even all around the cups and not as large as in photo #2
