I paid a LOT more and waited a LOT longer for mine from MD as you can see. DATE PURCHASED Oct 1, 2016 DELIVERED ON 11/21/2016 MY COST $178.74

Look up some YouTube reviews of this, and some similar products before buying There are a TON of Chinese carbon-fiber tripods out there, many of which appear to be the exact same thing with different branding. You can probably get an equivalent product, for less, with free shipping from Amazon today instead of waiting for a drop.

Rhs1941Yeah that's a preorder price. This tripod is very similar to the Zomei 818c and neewer 67inch CF which both run 170 on Amazon.
