This service sucks - all I hear are excuses - god only knows how long it will take to get to me in Sydney, Australia. You should have alerted your customers that you could expect excessive delays with this purchase. Obviously the supplier is also out of stock and is trying to get them in from Italy or wherever they're made. So much for getting this as a Christmas gift - this is my first and possibly my last drop
