Shipment was to be delivered by Sept 24th and when inquired, got a response within 2 hours that the shipment was lost, not sure if an attempt was made to recover the item. They also said that they only placed orders for exact number of buyers, hence no extra unit to ship a new one.
This was my first Massdrop order and ended up a disaster. Now there is an active drop happening for the same brand umbrella, but a lower model I guess. Is it any worth to do this again?
