They look like two very cool drones don't know how I feel about the goggles, this was the first time I actually did some more research on the goggles since I am sort of a beginner it seemed to be a little more difficult so I figured line of sight is actually a little bit easier at least I think so. I do kinda feel like got the bug but since I just purchased another drone right on is there a site ,would love to .. just kind of expensive. Massdrop very cool .... good stuff!

Wow, is this ANOTHER DROP when you STILL haven't posted the shiping update from the "ship by xmas" drop in December that failed to ship all of the units?

The information for the delay was in an Email we sent to you personally, the delay was caused by a signature being required upon delivery and there being no one to sign for it.

DaveHoffThat's not true at all. The drop was supposed to ship December 20th. I received the same messages everyone else did, that Walkera shorted the drop and some people weren't going to receive their drones in time for xmas. I was patient and waited for an update.
By December 30th, TEN DAYS later, there was still no update. I reached out to Massdrop and inquired about my order and what my cancellation options were. I was told I could not cancel. I pressed as to why I could not cancel my order and was then told it could be cancelled as a one-time courtesy. I then pressed and said that if I wanted to cancel, it would not be by using my one-time courtesy because this was clearly outside the bounds of the drop. The drop was shorted, therefore, not my fault. I again inquired as to the status of my order and was told no one had any information. It was then that I cancelled my order.
So no, my order was not late because I didn't sign for something. No, my order was late because Walkera shorted Massdrop, Massdrop wouldn't help me, and I was forced to cancel my order, for which I've still received no explanation or apology.

Individual shipments are being prepared now! Our warehouse team received the group's order and have already broken everything down into the individual packages. As soon as your package is scanned into the courier's system an email will be sent with shipping confirmation and tracking info.

Wow. Glad I got out. I haven't ordered anything from Massdrop since then. I don't patronize services who ship things late without explanation or compensation. I was more than happy to wait, but both Walkera and Massdrop kept me in the dark. And I don't like being kept in the dark over $600 purchases. Walkera and Massdrop both lost this customer.

LJFrenchShipping updates have migrated away from discussion posts and are being sent in email to each participant in the drop. Everyone was updated via email on the status of the last drop and when it would ship, so please revert to your emails for updates and no longer the discussion posts.

The group's bulk order arrived earlier to our warehouse in New Jersey and many of the individual packages have already shipped back out. However, upon taking inventory of everything received, our team was made aware of a backorder affecting a small handful of units. Rest assured, we've reached back out to the vendor to resolve this hiccup and expect to have the remaining units in our warehouse shortly.

LJFrenchNo, haven't got it yet. It is frustrating. I don't want to cause massdrop problems. Over all most of my purchases with them have been a positive experience. It would be nice to have an update on the situation. When can I expect to have these? At this point I'd hope we can get a solid estimate.

Just about there! We've been in touch with the vendor regarding the group's order and they've let us know that they are still working to gather and pack the group's order for shipment to our warehouse in New Jersey. We will continue to check in with them throughout the fulfillment process and update the group again as soon as everything is en route to us!

Awaiting confirmation! We are still in contact with the vendor and just awaiting updated shipment estimates from them. We have a call scheduled first thing tomorrow morning and should get a bit more visibility in regards to when we can expect these in our warehouse.

Thanks again for joining this drop! We have submitted the group's order with the vendor for the PV Racing for Two! 2 Rodeo 150s & 2 Goggle 4s and they are working hard to prepare it for shipment.
As soon as the group's order is ready at the vendor's location, they will send the bulk shipment to our warehouse in New Jersey where our warehouse team will break it up into individual orders and ship them. The current estimated ship date from our warehouse is 12/19.
We will keep the group updated throughout the fulfillment process. You can expect an update from us by the end of the day Pacific Time on 12/6.
