Fujifilm’s X Series combines classic, almost nostalgic camera design with innovative technology—and the new X-T10 is no exception. This mirrorless digital camera features the unique sensor technology, versatile autofocus modes, and high-resolution electronic viewfinder Fujifilm is known for, plus a few upgrades for enhanced focus, tracking, and operability. Built around the 16.3MP APS C-sized X-Trans CMOS II sensor and EXR Processor II, the X-T10 is capable of continuous shooting up to 8 fps and full HD 1080p/60 video recording with sensitivity range from ISO 100-51200.
Note: This drop is for the Fujifilm X-T10 mirrorless digital camera with the Fujinon XF 18-55mm f/2.8-4 R LM OIS lens in your choice of Black or Silver.
Fujifilm’s proprietary X-Trans sensor uses a randomized pixel array to eliminate the need for a resolution-reducing optical low-pass filter. The viewfinder features a 2.35m-dot resolution and 0.62x magnification, as well as a Natural Live View setting that mimics the convenience of an optical viewfinder with the added information control only an electronic finder can provide. Rounding out the long list of features, all six autofocus modes use the Hybrid AF system for fast, accurate focusing and subject tracking.
Of the camera’s retro styling, Chief Designer Masazumi Imai says, “When we were little and we went into our father’s room or our grandfather’s room, there was an important-looking camera on the shelf, and we were told not to touch it because it was valuable. We wanted to create that kind of look and feel.”
The XF 18-55mm f/2.8-4 R LM OIS lens provides a 35mm-equivalent focal length range of 27-84mm, covering wide-angle to portrait-length perspectives. An optical image stabilization system counters the appearance of camera shake by up to four shutter-speed steps, while a linear-driven autofocus motor helps to produce quick, smooth focusing performance. Three aspherical elements and one extra-low dispersion element work to minimize chromatic aberrations throughout the zoom range. A Super EBC coating has been applied to individual elements to reduce lens flare and ghosting for enhanced contrast and neutral colors.
