I've a few problems with the mouse since the time I receive it. So far the Func Support helped me.
Recently, another problem after owning it for a bit over 1 year. The mouse scroll become jumpy and their support said cant help me this time and asked me to contact Massdrop.
I've emailed Massdrop and havent receive any reply so far. Please help me Massdrop.

Am extremely happy with this mouse!
Worked perfectly until a few days ago, when as other have said the scroll wheel has started acting up. So i emailed their support and within 24 hours they replied asking for my details so they can send a replacement (probably arnt bothering with returns anymore)
Hopefully all goes well, but so far their support has been great for me.

Does anyone else have a problem with static electricity shutting down their mouse? I have a metal desk and when I sit down and touch it, more often then not, a static discharge occurs. I am not touching the mouse when this happens and it is on a pad. The static causes my mouse to just shut down, I have to unplug it and replug it to get it to work. Only the frame of the desk is metal the top is glass. I sent back one mouse because of this and the replacement does the same thing. This does not happen with my cheap Zalman mouse. Any ideas?

Second mouse was defective. Then they sent me the rev2 mouse which is better but the software is more of a joke than ever before now..
Yeah I RMAed it for having a faulty cord and scroll wheel. Chalk up one more.

I had to rma mine due to a faulty cord, then sent my out a new mouse before I had to ship mine back. I got a v1 but at least the firmware was upgraded on it.

So, I emailed the support address on Func's site some time ago. It turns out, that's not the right email for US support. If anybody else is having problems in the US, use support.america@func.net as they are MUCH more responsive and quite friendly. They sent me out a replacement immediately (they said the return can wait), acknowledged the problem, and are sending the newest revision of the MS-3 with the scroll wheel and various other fixes. Customer service is *almost* more important to me than product quality and if their new product really is an improvement on the original MS-3 then I'll be quite happy with Func overall.

After a few weeks of use, the mouse wheel is completely screwed up. Scrolling is fidgety as Plyte mentioned before. Scrolling down usually results in webpages jumping randomly up and down. Middle click can't be used at all because the wheel is constantly moving the page. A complete disappointment. After all the work the thing took to get working in the first place, I'm back to my old Razer Orochi. At least its firmware works well and it feels like a quality device, none of which I would say about the MS-3.
I guess I will be contacting support.

I read that they released a new revision to the mouse that fixed the scroll. I dunno if I have this issue, because I left it in the box as a spare mouse. But it's concerning. http://www.tomshardware.com/news/func-ms-3-mouse-rev.2,26055.html
Not to mention that they dropped the MSRP on rev 2 by 20USD. I guess that explains why they were reluctant to drop the price midway in the drop.

specialk7225Same problem here, contacted support and they replaced the mouse for me. Their support team was kind and efficient, I'm really happy even though the product malfunctioned. Thanks Func support.
