I received mine. It is DeFunct (pun intended). The Func software crashed mid-upgrade so the internal firmware was corrupted and now my computer won't even start when mouse is connected. Too expensive and time consuming to send it all the way back to Massdrop.
What a fail.

prkswrdDay 2: Have another problem now. Have 4 USB Port (1x 3.0 and 3x 2.0). Always use the 3.0 for mouse because its location is the most convenient. Yesterday, I replaced my old DA to Func.. Today that 3.0 USB is no longer working. Tried plugging my DA and still doesnt work. I tried moving the Func to another USB port and it works.. I wonder if Func is the one causing this problem.. Anyone have similar problem?
EDIT: Found a fix. Go to Device Manager, Disable then Enable the Faulty USB Port. Should fix it. but hey, 1 problem for each day. Dunno how its gonna be in the future. Hopefully will be fine..
