Just got them and my first impressions are a that they are pretty good. The directions and how they work could be a lot better. the only problem that i have had is getting them to connect properly (to my phone and one another) and transmit well. essentially they are two individual devices that can work together and go into either ear.and from what i can tell there is no differences between left or right. also you have to turn them on one at a time for them to connect to each other. The sound quality after i got them to connect properly is very good actually. i find that it hits the lows and the highs and everything in between really well and is very clear. they are also loud enough that you do not need to have your volume set very high. The noise canceling is also pretty decent. I cant hear my external speakers that are 3 feet away from my head height playing music. The only real annoyance i had besides poor documentation is that only one of the ear buds came charged and had to charge one to try it out. Also there is no explanation to any of the LED indicators i cannot tell if they have been charged fully due to one of the earbuds being red and the other being blue despite being charged well over 2 hours. i would give this product a 8.5 out of 10.
